Day 3: 50 Ideas for Capturing Your Own Everyday

People ask me often if I carry a camera with me everywhere, and I do if you count my phone.  But I rarely bring the big camera anywhere because everyone (by "everyone," I mean my family members, especially the small kind who have figured out that is make me feel awful if they say, "Mommy, please put your phone away and pay attention to US!") just gets annoyed.  So, I take a few and put the camera (or phone) away and focus on being present and just try to capture small bits and pieces of our everyday.

Want to document your own everyday, but don't even know where to start?
Here's list for you of ideas to get you started with writing or photographing your everyday...

Specific Projects if that's more appealing to you:
Try the habit blog's method - 1 photos + 50 words or less related to the day.
10 on 10 - Set your timer and take a photo of what you're doing at 10 after the hour every hour for the day *or* just 10 photos from the day on the 10th day of each month.
365 projects - One photo each day for one year. They're a big undertaking that tend to be disregarded after a bit, but even trying to take photos for a series of days is always fun.  You can see some of my previous attempts at daily photos for one month at a time for habit's November and The August Break here and here

I'm spending 31 days writing and sharing a series about Documenting Your Everyday this month. Click here to see all of the posts as they're added and follow along.
